    Each Foundation Sprint costs $10,000 CAD (or $5,000 CAD in two monthly payments). This includes the SSTI assessment, digital platform access, team resources, and up to six months of ongoing support if needed.

  • What if we don’t complete it in 90 days?

    No problem. We will continue supporting you with monthly check-ins for up to six months at no extra cost until your team achieves the outcome.

  • Do I need to complete all 5 Foundations?

    Not at all. Many clients begin with just one Foundation, like Execute or Empower, and see major results. You can choose to continue with other Foundations later if needed—each one stands alone.

  • What if I don’t know where to start?

    That’s exactly what the Self-Sustaining Team Index (SSTI) is for. It identifies which area—roles, motivation, vision, innovation, or delegation—is weakest and where to focus first.

  • Is this just for CEOs?

    Nope. This program is for your leadership or management team. You choose whether I coach you 1-on-1, or facilitate sessions with your whole team.

  • What if I’m not tech-savvy?

    That’s okay. Everything is simple to access. If you can open email and use Zoom, you’ll be just fine. Plus, we’re available to help if anything gets confusing.

    The TriMetrix DNA is a 3-part leadership assessment that combines:

  • How much time will my team and I need to commit?

    Each Foundation is designed for busy leaders. Here’s what to expect:


    • Bi-weekly team workshop (45–60 mins)

    • Short lessons to watch (20–30 mins every 2 weeks)

    • 1 coaching session per month (60 mins)

    • Optional: brief prep/implementation time using worksheets

    Total: ~2–3 hours every two weeks for each participating leader.
